The Alpharetta Symphony Orchestra
The Alpharetta Symphony Orchestra (AlphaSO) is a non-profit community ensemble founded by Drs. Dawn and Eric Hawk in 2014. The orchestra provides a fun and professional environment for musicians of varying skill levels. Any instrumentalist with a high school playing level or above can join. Rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings from 7:00-9:00PM at the Crabapple First Baptist Church in Milton, and the season features four concerts and runs from September through May of each year.

Auditions for the Alpharetta Symphony Orchestra are held each August prior to the concert season, which runs from September through May. Instrumentalists who learn about the orchestra and would like to join but have missed the August auditions can schedule a private audition anytime throughout the season by visiting www.AlpharettaSymphony.com.
